Sarah Chalke
Sarah Chalke was conceived in Ottawa,
Ontario, Canada on the 27th of August, 1976. Angie Chalke, and Doug Chalke are
her parents. Sarah is the middle child, having one older sister Natasha Chalke,
and one younger, Piper Chalke. Sarah began her acting career with City Boy
(1992), an original television film. In 1993, after her first film, she was a
candidate for the part of "Becky" in the TV show Roseanne (1988). The
show was looking for an actor to replace Alicia Goranson quit the show to go to
college. Sarah graduated from high school in the year 1995, when she was
filming the season 1994-1995 of Roseanne (1988). In 1994, Sarah starred
alongside Jim Varney in Ernest Goes to School (1994). She was in Robin of
Locksley (1996) and Stand against Fear(1996). In both films she played the
character of Krista Wilson as the cheerleader. In 1998, one year following the
time that Roseanne (1988) was finished, Sarah was asked to play a character in
a TV show called Nothing Too Good for a Cowboy (1998). Based on the show
Nothing Too Good For a Cowboy (1998), the show also took inspiration from. In
1993, she took over Becky's role on Roseanne (1988). She told her she was
looking to leave acting and pursue a degree in college. [2001] (1993-1997)

youthful in real life. She attended the 1999 CCMA award ceremony and presented
an award for the top single of the year. (September, 1999) At age 8 appeared in
Vancouver theatre productions. She is fluent in French, German and Spanish. She
works at the hospice which cares for sick children who are terminally ill.
Chalke likes cooking with her companions, particularly Thai and sushi, as well
as playing the guitar. She also enjoys ski (she is an instructor) and kayaking,
as well as snowboarding, and reading. Her father is an attorney and both
parents operate an adoption agency for children. A couple of years ago, she
accompanied her parents to China for the purpose of coordinating the adoption
of several orphans there.
